Drugs that prolong the QT interval should be used with extreme caution in combination with sotalol.
If pazopanib and sotalol must be continued, closely monitor the patient for QT interval prolongation.
Sotalol hydrochloride is mainly eliminated via the kidneys through glomerular filtration and to a small degree by tubular secretion.
