Interactions have been noted between ibuprofen and aspirin, ASA. Monitor the heart rate carefully following the dipyridamole injection. Aspirin, ASA may reduce the vasodilatory efficacy of ACE inhibitors by inhibiting the synthesis of vasodilatory prostaglandins. Concomitant aspirin and naproxen use is not recommended.
